The sales team is the heart of the organisation. Autonomy is encouraged and their teams are valued every day. With a very low turnover, their teams are trained in all products and techniques and make sure their skills and scope of action grow each year.

We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager NL to strengthen the field team and support the growth in the Netherlands.

THE ROLE

Reporting to management, your mission is to develop and retain your customer portfolio in a B2B environment.

As the “boss of your sector”, you organize your week and your travels, and your main activities are:

Prospecting for new customers in your geographic area.
The promotion and sales of the entire range of solutions and products in addition to the establishment of an excellent relationship with your customers and prospects, in order to develop and consolidate your portfolio.

REQUIRED PROFILE

Above all, you are customer and result oriented.
To succeed in this role, your winning spirit, real commercial appetite and negotiation skills are essential qualities.

Likewise, you have a good ability to argue and convince your interlocutor. You also have good interpersonal skills and listening skills.

Your mothertongue is Dutch. A professional level of English is required.
